Studies on the Mineral Contents in Korean Foods.

Abstract

|
This study is designed to find out the mineral contents in Korean foods. In this report, Part 1, Sodium and Potassium contents in vegetables and fruits commonly used in Korean households
are analysed.
The data analysed are shown in the table 1, 2, and 3 in this report and these will be used as
a fundamental guide-index in planning sodium-restricted diet in Korea.
